Additional or Associated Services

Fees without support contract vs. basic package
Fees for consulting are based on dollars (USD$). COP$ means Colombian peso and applies only to SMEs in Colombia.

Although we include updates (at the will of OnMind, for example, for confirmed defects), other than consulting and services at the request of the client, call the synonyms: adaptation, customization, adaptation, modification or maintenance of software.

We develop web, mobile and desktop applications based on our platform and technologies: Node.js, Javascript, RiotJS (over OnMind), Ionic/Angular (for others or for mobile), Rest (JSON), Kotlin (JVM) and Databases (OnMind-EPI/DAI, MariaDB/MySQL, Oracle 18c/XE).

The occupation in attention, effort or activities are not stipulated as part of the access service to the platform. Packages of services, support or maintenance contract (with or without policy, or with service levels of care), are also considered additional and are not included, unless customer request and other agreement. Associated services and consulting are offered in principle on demand.

Consultancy is understood as a function of guidance and service for specific knowledge, complementary to the production of the software, other than technical service on devices. Our services refer to consulting and projects, including systems integration.

Fees without a support/maintenance contract (on demand)

Fee (on request) is cited per hour per resource during administrative hours and before taxes, for base concept:

1. USD$ 45 (COP$ 80,000 only to SMEs in Colombia) - Virtual Consultancy (settings, viable diagnostics, non software coding)

Other concepts are valued differently or increased (can reach double or more):

2. Virtual training (per person, per unit of teaching hour every 40 min. different in a group)
3. Face-to-face consulting (subject to location and travel coordination, non coding)
4. Adaptation or modification on OnMind (within the standard and subject to OnMind acceptance)
5. Custom software development (from scratch, integration, isolated version, outsourcing)
6. Extra (weekends and holidays, experts, specials, manager)

The consultancy applies a minimum amount of one (1) hour (indistinctly if the time consumed is less). In addition, these associated services are subject to availability, the rate may vary by year or concept and extra charges may apply for night or holiday services, in addition to taxes.

When instead of acquiring products it is a question of manufacturing or software development for businesses or companies, the time varies according to the terms and validity, discounts can be applied in case of projects based on the OnMind system or for extended duration (from 6 months), as well as being raised in projects of greater incidence, or those that start from zero (without having to do with the base of the OnMind software product) to be exploited by an interested party and subject to the respective duration or extension.

Basic package of hours (100 or 150 hours per year)

Instead of a per-event or per-demand fee, the customer may purchase basic package of hours as well:

1. USD$ 4800 (COP$ 8,000,000 only to SMEs in Colombia) - 100 hours per year in virtual mode (USD$ 40 x hour x resource), plus taxes if applicable. Used as minimum amount.
2. USD$ 6000 (COP$ 12.000.000 only to SMEs in Colombia) - 150 hours per year in virtual mode (USD$ 40 x hour x resource), plus taxes if applicable. Mainly to be consumed in one month.

• This is focusing for “Adaptation or modification on OnMind” (4). Other concepts (2, 5 and 6) apply 5% discount from their value and obtaining its amount is discounted from the package (not in hours).
• The concept of “face-to-face consultancy” (3) is not covered in this package being additional and subject to the coordination of logistics with the client.
• To use the package, these services must be scheduled.
• As the support by demand they do not apply levels of attention of the service (but agendamiento).
• In the case of training is accepted small group (up to 5) and discounted by hour or impulse.
• If something does not have support or scope, according to current technical specifications or product standards, it is not covered by hourly packages.
• If a package is consumed quickly and has not been renewed, a tariff on demand applies, except in the case of projects that specify a different flow.
• In other respects, the package is not cumulative since it expires, unless otherwise agreed.

As you can see, the services correspond to consulting and henceforth to tasks of the same line or even greater intellectual type (software production). Services that are specific to a different third party or occupation are not part of the “OnMind” scope.

Note: The given tariffs are introductory, currently do not apply VAT but is projected to give way to the common regime. This event would give rise to the respective application, except for the validity of the tax reform (Law 1819 of 2016, article 187 that modifies article 476 of the Colombian statute, and Law 1943 of 2018 article 10) that would exclude from VAT tariffs only for cloud computing purposes.

Enhanced Hour Package: If applied from the beginning or directly to a package of 300 hours onwards, the value of base concept is settled at USD$ 36.9 x hour x resource (different for other concepts that apply 10% discount from their value and obtaining its amount is discounted from the package).
